The two metal surface layers are bonded to the insulating core to form a metal composite board. Aluminum, zinc, stainless steel, titanium, etc. are commonly used metal parts. Metal composite panels are available in a variety of colors, finishes and contours. The core can be made of insulating material (eg polyethylene) or flame retardant material. According to performance requirements, a certain range of thickness can be provided.

(2) Rigidity: As one of the attributes of composite panels, SCM is rigid and lightweight. SCM 4mm is equivalent to stainless steel 2.9mm thick in rigidity, and reduces the weight by 55%.
(3) Corrosion resistance: NSSC220M, with Mo, Nb, Ti contents, has an outstanding rust-resistance comparable to SUS316.
