Aluminum coil technical requirements
1. The insulation material is bound firmly, and it is close to the wall of the equipment or pipeline, and the surface of the insulation layer is smooth and beautiful.
2. When the pipeline insulation aluminum coil is constructed by the binding method, at least two galvanized lead wires or bands are bound for each piece of the curved tile, and the distance between them shall not be greater than 500mm.
3. The longitudinal joint position of the pipeline shall not be arranged within 55° of the vertical centerline of the pipeline.
4. The seam width of thermal insulation products is generally not more than 6mm. And the construction should pay attention to the wrong seam. When the insulation layer is sealed with adhesive tape, it can be well seamed.
