4-500mm 10mm 1250mm Aluminum Honeycomb Panel Board Sheets
Aluminum honeycomb panel and bottom plate are mainly made of high-quality aluminum alloy plate or high-manganese alloy aluminum plate; the thickness of the panel is 0.8~1.5mm. In terms of cleanliness, it is stronger than PVDF; the thickness of the bottom plate is 0.6~1.0mm, and the total thickness is 12~25mm.
The core material adopts hexagonal 3003 aluminum honeycomb core, the thickness of aluminum foil is 0.04~0.06mm, and the side length is 5~6mm. Roll forming technology is used to complete the forming of the front and back skins. Fully automatic machine and equipment folding, the front and back skins are installed The edges bite tightly.
